Our Program

One on one, confidential coaching for corporate executives, senior managers and entrepreneurs: Our weekly sessions are designed to develop, improve and enhance leadership performance, organizational development and communications, to increase your value to the organization, to better deal with difficult people and situations, to provide an excellent sounding board , to strategize your personal development, and to create a reserve of time, energy and money, to experience fulfillment, success, goal achievement and overall career satisfaction and much more.

How It Works

  • An initial no cost 45-minute introductory session/meeting (In person or by phone)
  • An executive review and needs analysis
  • Four 60-90 minute sessions per month (In person, by phone or video conferencing)
  • Daily Email communication
  • Telephone access for time sensitive issue resolution

Performance Coaching
Our Program

If you find that you or another executive or manager in your organization is technically effective but has some ineffective behavioral styles, lacks the needed leadership team management skills, needs communication skill improvement or is struggling in a new peer group assignment, then our Performance Coaching program will assist you in designing a shift in performance or behavior.

How It Works

  • An initial 45-minute introductory session/meeting (In person or by phone)
  • An executive review and needs analysis
  • Four 60 minute individual coaching sessions per month (In person, by phone or video conferencing)
  • Leadership team coaching
  • Meeting facilitation, on site, as needed
  • Daily Email communication
  • Telephone access for time sensitive issue resolution

Sales Coaching
Our Program

One on One and sales team coaching designed to improve overall sales performance, increase productivity, enhance closing skills and techniques, positively impact sales management, improve time management, create meaningful sales goals by individual as well as by team, department or division.

How It Works

  • An initial 45-60 minute introductory session/meeting
  • An executive review and needs analysis
  • A management team meeting to create individual/team goals (1-2 hours, in person, by phone or video conferencing)
  • Identify standard or custom sales training model
  • Conduct initial sales training program overview meeting (on site)
  • Three 2-hour sales training and performance review meetings per month
  • Three 1-hour sales management meetings per month
  • Weekly email communication program
  • Telephone access for time sensitive issue resolution
